Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping for any order over $55. As a company based in Seattle, if you happen to live within 15 miles of Seattle Metro area, we're also happy to offer:
- Free 4-hours local shipping for orders over $100
- Free 1-day local shipping for orders over $75
How long will my order take to ship?
After you placed an order, we will process your order within 1-2 days.
Once processed, your order will ship with the selected shipping speed via UPS or USPS, with tracking numbers provided.

Can I track my order?
Yes! We will send a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ship. You can also track your order interactively on our website. Please keep in mind tracking can take 24-48 hours to update.
There is an issue with my delivery. What can I do?

If your order is marked "delivered" but the package hasn't arrived yet, we recommend waiting 48 hours as sometimes the tracking can be inaccurate and/or late to update. If you still have not received your package after 48 hours, please check with your local mail carrier first before emailing.
My order was damaged. What should I do?
Oh no! some factors such as shipping and handling are outside of our control, but they can happen. Please reach out to support@haytd.com with photos of broken/damaged items, along with your order number and we'll take care of you.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we're only able to ship to customers within the US. However, we hope to bring our products to the rest of the world in the near future. Stay tuned for more updates!
